HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse often packs and ships it within 24 hours. If you need to change your address, please email us right away with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to correct it before your package leaves. However, if it has already shipped, we may not be able to make the change.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are ready within 24 hours, but during peak times, processing may take up to 3 days.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. E-Packet is our primary carrier for U.S. customers and other regions like Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Most packages arrive between 5 and 25 days from the shipment date.

WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
International orders may not update as frequently because of foreign postal systems. These orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. For domestic orders, if tracking isn’t working, let us know, and we’ll investigate.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?
If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
